Why you need to understand how mind and body communicate with each other?

What does this mean?

 

Science is saying that what we think, directly affects the way our body feels much more than we ever thought it did. Most of the mechanisms through which it happens must be still unraveled by science but we have already an idea of some of them.

 

Understanding this is crucial for each and every one of us, especially with a progressively more and more challenging world this is becoming.

 

Why?

 

Well, knowing that not only what we eat but also what we believe is affecting our physical health, and learning how to cultivate that, gives us a place to start working from, our own mind, a place to be safe; even when everything around us might seem to be collapsing, if we are strong in our mind, we are always safe and that is a big thing to have.

Haven’t you ever felt like leaving everything behind to go live on a desert island? I sure have! So many times! That’s how bad our bodies and minds need cleansing from all the crap we think and believe and from all the crap we are bombarded with. 

 

We can’t blame the world for all that pain. We need to take responsibility and begin to truly listen to what we are believing and saying to ourselves. 

 

When we have negative thoughts, we stress or suffer, and stress and suffering transform into energy blockages in our bodies, and that is illness or pain. 

 

So how do we keep safe from all of that? 

 

The great J. Krishnamurti said during a public talk in 1976!

“It’s only when there’s inattention, registration of hurt or flattery takes place”. Absolute gold! 

 

We keep safe by practicing more attention!

By doing this not only we create a healthier environment for our physical body but we also are able to feel life and sensations more intensely, we boost our immune system, we cause a positive impact in the World, we become freer, develop that ability to feel connected inherent to all of us and the world becomes a better place, colours are more intense and our life experience becomes richer in general.

 

If we want a better world we must start from ourselves.

 

That’s why it’s an important part of my work to get you to understand this mind-body relationship. Because its power is immense.
